I'm hopelessly looking for a Deoxys in Pokemon Y. I'm not an idiot I know you can't catch it however I noticed that there aren't even any on the GTS and I know that it is possible that Deoxys could be brought from an earlier game. I currently have a shiny Ratatta up for a Deoxys on the GTS. Can anyone explain this mysterious lack of Deoxys?
