What is more determinant of it is the move's name, which is "heal bell" in Japanese

Motor Drive HA for Rotom. Fan form gets Hurricane over Air Slash.
Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Ice/Fire/Thunder Punch, Freeze Dry and Earthquake for Kyurem. Ice Burn and Freeze Shock work like Flying Press (Ice STAB but Fire/Electric effectiveness)
Hurricane is 100% accurate in hail too. The Kanto Birds get Drought, Drizzle and Snow Warning, and all 3 get Hurricane

Unnerve now blocks Berry usage AND all manners of opponents healing. No Lefties, no Recover, no Giga Drain, Softboiled, Synthesis, ANYTHING.

Suddenly a lot of Pokemon with a very situational ability get a new purpose to stop Stallmons who heal themselves up.

Stomp, Body Slam, Headbutt Sawsbuck.
Headbutt Meloetta.
Dry Skin instead of Limber on Stunfisk.
