ive got ~$50 and I wanna preorder ORAS, but i also wanna get the new smash for 3DS...
which one should i get?
leaning more towards pokemon i guess

Smash, you'll have 10 left and I bet you could get 30$ by November to get OR or AS.Also smash comes sooner than ORAS so you'll have a game to occupy you while saving and waiting for ORAS. It's what I'm doing.

Smash has much more re-playability and you'd get your moneys worth out of it a lot easier. Pokemon ends once you beat the Elite Four, aside from the like 10 minutes worth of side qeust shit after you beat the game. Smash you can pretty much play infinitly.

Get Smash because it's an actual new game from a once per generation series instead of a dime a dozen remake of a 10 year old game you can already get cheap used.

I got this problem too. After paying all my other shit, I can only get one. Thinking toward Alpha Sapphire for now and then Smash later. Pokémon games get rare in my town. I'm surprised X and Y are still in stock.
