Talonflame and priority users that are faster than banette could take it down without the risk, but except for the smogonbird most of them are risking a burn with will o wisp. It is unlikely that m-banette will be seen in OU and thus talonflame is not a main issue.
I can't right now think of a perfect pokemon in RU to counter it really, anyone has ideas?

This is why I run 252 HP/252 Def Talonflame with Bulk Up. It's fuckin' funny.

You can usually boost & roost to +4 and sweep.

HJK is always 2HKO unless you're playing against a retard and can still sadly miss.

Zen Headbutt is always the best option, although they could be switching in to a darkmon, which sucks. Also why the fuck isn't Zen Headbutt 100%? It's not that great that it needs to be 90%.

Fucking sub 100% acc moves.

Talonflame.
It can actually take a Brave Bird assuming no Band, and people often seem reluctant to Flare Blitz for some reason. I usually run it alongside an Intimidater who helps a lot. After that, Mega Venusaur is probably the biggest threat. You'd think it'd be other fire types, but I never seem to struggle with them.
