The only way it can beat you is by running flash cannon and thats not very common. You can seed it and drain its hp slowly, or if you're running roar + spikes it'll never be able to get past you.

Its pretty decent, both sets will wall ou threats like ttar, landorus therian, ferrothorn, ect. That one just drops leech seed and spiky shield for max utility while still having reliable recovery

The other set isnt bad abd is what i usually run with spikes as the filler move. You can recover alot of health back while sapping theirs with seeds + lefties for two turns if you use spiky shield. It just relies a bit more on prediction so you can be screwed over if your opponent wins that war. I'd like to mention that chesnaught walls most variants of garchomp and dragonite.

Impressive, while outrage does more leech seeding + using spiky shield drains more than enough health back. Not to mention they are stuck on outrage in gen 6
