-introduced lots of new things and re-introduced some of the old ones like the berries (it also expanded barry farming)
-the new pokemon are freaking cool (and i like the theme of the starters)
-easier breeding/EV training and finding pokemon with their HA and 3D graphics are pretty cool

-well, i liked that introduced new things but the problem is that some of them weren't introduced that well, the most disappoing ones are Sky Battles, Megas, Amie and Pokemon riding.
-the game is goddamn easy... no actually, it's not just easy, it's impossible to lose not even if you try, trainers during the story don't even have hold items anymore and some of their movepools are fucking stupid and incompleted, also no more challenge mode.
-the gym leaders are disappointing because most of them have old TMs recycled and there's not even a good strategy built around them and they only have 3 pokemon per each even the last ones, also the Kalos region is still pretty linear
