What are the worst items introduced into Pokemon?

My vote goes to Incense. Forcing you to decide whether you want the correct nature or good IVs. I don't even know why I'm breeding for Happiny

The only Incense I hate is "Sea",
Sea : 5% boost to water
Wave:20% boost to water
I have never used it :l I see no point to it other than to breed then toss/fling.
