>>20856039I just realized not too long ago that Contest Pikachu's outfits are for the different contest types: Beauty, Cute, Cool, Tough, Smart.
In the original RSE, I used Milotic because I bothered to max out its beauty after all the effort of catching Feebas. I also used Gardevoir for Smart.
They're pretty terrible at contests, in hindsight, esp. after using a contest dedicated moveset on other mons (like Wobbs).
