Any thread with competitive discussion is full of retards that say stupid shit like "anything is viable in doubles; Pachirisu won worlds!" or "Talonflame is overpowered and it's dumb that Smogon banned Aegislash before it" or "[my shitmon bro] is totally viable and if you don't think so you just need to git gud" or "Mega Mom is balanced [in any shape or form.]"
The 'git gud' part is especially annoying because pokemon just boils down to a bunch of numbers. You can't just magically improve your skills like you can in real-time games where you can just learn twitch skills or reaction, if your opponent's number are better than your numbers they beat you because math is absolute.
