Assuming Red didn't train it at all and just evolved it on impact, it had a 0 SDef IV, a -SDef nature, and Rhyhorn was the absurd level of 73;
252+ SpA Rhyhorn Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Jolteon: 66-78 (88 - 104%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

Showdown's calc oddly excludes Zap Cannon, so Thunderbolt is a close match.

i like that the ashime does things differently and in ways that are not possible in the game. the games are like a simulation while the anime is like the real thing, with physics and shit. i enjoy ash's crazy strats much more than just charizard hitting things until they faint.
