I know it's an unpopular choice, but I like using Quick Claw on Sylveon. When it works it's very very nice, especially if it lets me boost with Calm Mind before I get struck by a special attack

I've been trying out Sylveon with Assault Vest in triples. Since Sylveon is already run offensively in that format and I already have Intimidate support for sylveon's physical side Assault Vest gave Sylveon a lot more longevity and also helped me against rain to an extent.

I mean, I get you're trying to be innovative and different, but it's just not good.

No matter how badly you believe doing things differently from Smogon will make you better, it's always true.

Going with HP over one of the defenses is objectively better too, by the way, that's simple math.

I used to use it in lower OU when people used those faggot fairies. AV 'chomp is able to live through any single fairy attack, not counting shit like Mega Mawile and Azumarill, for obvious reasons.

Not to mention that Iron Head can replace stealth rocks in an AV set. It's trash, but when faggots even use fairies, they deserve to get shit on for supporting Pokecancer.
