Why should all pokemon capable of mega evolving get the Sticky Hold ability for their special item when eviolite doesn't get the same benefit?

The only pokemon that should have that item protection are Arceus holding a plate, Giratina holding its orb, and maybe Genesect with a drive. Being able to Knock Off a mega stone before its holder evolves, like on the switch, is totally reasonable.
