Coronet and the snow route after it were a chore and I don't remember anything about any of the Elite 4 beyond Cynthia because Cynthia is shoved in my fucking face as bad as Rosalina.
I don't like Unova's gimmick of having entirely new Pokémon; the idea was neat but 20% of the Unova Dex is either shit or a clone. B2W2 I guess addressed it but the game never stopped holding my hand and the rival was almost as bad as Sinnoh's Barry. I also didn't like Triple Battles; I can't into Doubles as is, Triples just fries my brain.
I understand there's much more to the games than those and I didn't give them a fair shake, which is why I feel bad, but that's the way I feel, and I mask my shamefulness with hostility.
