So I've been thinking about getting a Regigigas, but I sold my D/P/Pt a long time ago, and lost my Emerald. I have B2, but should I buy W2 or Emerald to get the remaining regis?

I think you do. I'm not entirely sure, but in platinum you needed the Regis from plat to get gigas, which in turn require the event gigas.
