Best I could come up with, reasonably, is +35 Attack, +30 Def, +30 SDef, which would put him at 144 / 155 / 90 / 40 / 90 / 50.
But then it's really nothing impressive compared to Assault Vest Conkeldurr.
Apart from egregious min-maxing or a retarded new ability, who else has really achieved their maximum potential without a mega?
