So /vp/ do you use this guy in singles? Team mates? I'm not sure where to even begin. Lando-T seems like a good partner, so does Mandibuzz, but how do I counter Bisharps that predict me and switch? taking a +2 stab sucker punch hurts everything

Mega-Manectric is pretty cool for late game sweeping when you have stealth rocks up.

I don't see why Bisharp is much of a problem. Bisharp can't switch into Manectric and if your opponent has Bisharp out you'd be an idiot to send out Manectric. The only tough situation really occurs if Bisharp switches in on the same turn as Manectric, but this is usually pretty risky for your oppoent too, if he preditcs wrong.

Sure Thunderus is usually better but their are enough reasons to use Manectric instead.

And NO, M-Mane IS NOT a good late game cleaner. If you want a good late game cleaner that also anally rapes Bisharp in ANY scenario, use M-Houndoom (outclasses M-Mane in everything except speed and momentum moves)
Or any other pokemon.
M-manes strength is the speed, Volt Switch and Intimidate. Use it as a pivot.
It's not a sweeper by any means, it uses Volt Switch and surprise one turn attacks. Hence the Overheat>Flamethrower.

I know, I never implied anything else. But why would you ever go into a 1v1 with Manectric vs. Bisharp?

Surely your Houndoom can OHKO Dragonite, Garchomp, Azumarill, etc. after SR damage right? There is a reason Houndoom is UU and Manectric is OU, they type coverage and speed just is better for the Thunderdog.

Manectric is both a pivot to keep momentum and a cool late game sweeper, since it can deal a lot of daage to almost anything not named Chansey, Heatran, or Zard-X.

Manectric is (marginally) weaker than Houndoom in EVERYTHING bar speed.
in case you don't get it:

Attack:
252 SpA Mega Houndoom Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragonite: 276-328 (85.4 - 101.5%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragonite: 272-320 (84.2 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Defense:
252+ Atk Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Houndoom: 107-127 (36.7 - 43.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ Atk Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Manectric: 118-139 (41.9 - 49.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
-1 252+ Atk Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Manectric: 79-93 (28.1 - 33%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
(This one depends on who switched in first that's why I posted both)

Manectric IS overall better than Houndoom and that's why it's OU. 135 Speed Volt Switch with Intimidate makes for an excellent pivot. But as a sweeper? Houndoom can opt for Sucker Punch, Flame Charge and Nasty Plot in its movepool. It is just better.

What's a good counter to Bisharp though? It seems to dent anything that ends up against it without WoW.

Keldeo does pretty good. He doesn't appreciate losing his item (but nothing does and your mega slot is already gone, so you'll just have to suck that up) but he can eat up anything Bisharp carries bar some fucked-up Psycho Cut variant and then outspeed and OHKO back.

Conkeldurr does pretty good too; switch in on anything (even Iron Head doesn't 2HKO) and Mach Punch.

If you want a bit weirder counter you could do something like run your own Bisharp with Low Kick.

Have you used Manectric late game? Mother fucker dominates. Bolt/Beam (hidden power) and access to Fire via Flamethrower and Overheat gives it pretty fucking good coverage. A lot of the times, if they opponent doesn't have a special wall or a ground type you can just clear the field with T-Bolt after taking out M-Manectrics counters and dealing some damage. It just sweeps with that base 135.

i usually send it out 1st volt switch out
and save it for late game

Thunder bolt/Thunder
Flamethrower/Over heat
Hidden power ice
thats what I and many others run
cant do much but what he can do is good

Snarl is a good option for doubles aswell

But you can't run Electric + Fire + Ice Move on Houndoom, Azumarills walls it hard if there's no sun and so do Keldeo, Suicune and Mega-Gyarados. Plus thanks to its lower speed its outsped by Greninja (which also won't take much from Sucker Punch). It is also weak to SR and lacks intimadte meaning it is harder for it to be able to take one hit before it sweeps.

Besides Keldeo Breloom also is a very good partner. It takes out Bisharp easily and deals with Chansey which can wall Manectric any day. However all of these can't do shit against Mega-Venu so you'll need a counter for that.

Chansey/Blissey, Tyranitar, Venusaur, and ground/water types wall MegaMan quite well. You'll want something to deal with those. I had success using specs Gothitelle alongside Manectric, as Goth can trap and eliminate Chansey, Venusaur, and water/grounds. Tyranitar counters both, but he has enough weaknesses that you should be able to figure something out.

Speaking of water/ground types, unaware Quagsire handles Bisharp no problem.
