Fareon is a decent Cleric in NU and PU. It learns heal bell and has surprisingly good special defense.

Umbreon can run an annoying Toxic/Wish/Protect/Foul Play set.

I tried Assault Vest Espeon once. It was fun and good for a quick laugh but was otherwise sort of crappy. This was when it was in OU, though. Didn't it drop to UU? If it did, it might still catch somebody off guard.

A lot of the bulkier ones are good as wish-passers and heal bell users, and Jolteon, Espeon and Leafeon are good offensive mons in their respective tiers.

I've use glaceon specs and flareon toxic orb and done ok with them. Leafon just seems to be walled by too many things.

Sylveon is the only decent one but it's mostly outclassed by Clefable. Specs Fae Scream of Death is fun though.

Espeon is kind of good as a screener but not really.

The amount of times Wish/Protect/Toxic/Scald Vaporeon has won me matches is ridiculous.
Hell, sometimes I mix it up and replace Protect with Heal Bell just so Toxic stall can't kill me.
