Why not both? And Giga Drain must for every Amoongous. Whats taking up the other two moveslots(since you obviously have Spore)?

What's your hold item? If it's recovery based I'd say use sludge bomb. If not, giga drain.

Sludge Bomb is better. Sludge Wave has 5 more base power, but only a 10% poison chance, while Sludge Bomb has a 30% chance to poison. Much, much better
