So I'm making a team with these two (mega waifu has skill swap to fix the truant thing) for fun

Any suggestions for the rest of the team? I have not idea what to do

Instead of giving gardevoir truant, use a pokemon with entrainment or worry seed

With this, you could give it Limber, Regenerator, Chloryphill or Overcoat, Iron Fist, Mold Breaker, Scrappy, Moxie, Unburden, Mold Breaker.

Lots of good options besides pixilate

Does noone in this thread get that mega evolving will burn Truant, if you merely wait a turn before megaing? Jeez...

I reccomend Bisharp to cover a lot of Gardes weaknesses/ discouraging intimidate spam vs gardevoir

That's retarded but ok.

There's still lots of better pokemon to skill swap.

Xatu can prevent anyone from crippling your slowking. So can Alakazam with magic guard.

And Keclean can give it Protean. Giving all of your moves STAB is way better than taking away your only STAB.

That's not much better. Pixilate at least gives it a unique offensive attack with only a 20 BP decrease in power (130 Fairy BS return vs 150 BP return)

Synchronize does nothing until you're already fucked.

Or you could just, kinda, switch out after swapping abilities.

Or use skill swap again to give someone else truant. That'd be funny.

The mega strategy gives the choice of switching or staying in.
Swapping to another player would be amusing, but you'd be falling afoul of truant that turn.

On sim, truant doesn't activate until you have it for a turn. So you can give the enemy truant on turn 2.

Just use the old Cofagrigus strategy instead.

Now you have a decent physical wall and don't need to waste a turn setting up mega gardevoir without losing stab return on Slaking too
