Now that I remember, that gym was pretty shitty. Actually all Hoenn was rather easy. The only one that put some effort was the 8th gym.

Best Gym in Pokémon? I'd say Blue in Viridian.

Two gyms stick in my mind, not the actual battle but the puzzle gimmicks.

Kalos has solid gyms but the gym leaders are as interesting as previous gens.

However I think Kalos has one of the best E4 of any gen.

Kalos's E4 has amazing visuals, and the entrance thing is great. but the experience (like x/y themselves) felt way too brief. I didnt really like the hub room, and i didnt really like that each e4 member only had 4 dudes.

For me the best Elite 4 was probably either G/s/c or B/w. something about the atmosphere.
