Putting it on a different Pokemon has absolutely no effect whatsoever, even if the ability is copied through the effects of Transform or Imposter. Likewise, there is no way to remove or suppress the ability on Aegislash. It does not merely swap the user's base stats; rather, it changes the Pokemon into a totally different one in a transition as significant as Mega Evolving.
If Stance Change is expanded to a Mega, that Mega would need to have two formes just like Aegislash does. You're better off seeking a new Ability that grants stat boosts/drops depending on the move used.
