The crab has Hyper Cutter, which Crawdaunt doesn't have, so it doesn't have to worry about Intimidators, which are popular in VGC. And before people jump on me with quote features and reaction images, I don't think Sheer Force is really all that viable because of its small movepool.

It boosts its main STAB attack, on top of Rock Slide. That's pretty damn good.
