No, not usually. Until Gen VI, when I leveled a whole bunch to 100 without even intending to. That new EXP Share is way overpowered.

Yes, ever since I beat the game in late June I've been leveling up mons for competitive use. I have almost three boxes of lv 100 stuff.

I currently have 27 Level 100 Pokemon, all trained from Level 1. In X/Y, 3 star restaurant + exp share + O. Powers + Lucky Eggs + Amie Boost, makes it really easy to level them.

I just play until I've explored the game world and then I stop being able to care

most of my characters are 60-70, some above 80 if they were particularly strong from teams in previous cartridges

Just do what >>20933083 said, that's how I got a bunch of mons to lv 100. Now I just feed them a ton of wings and then spam them with rare candies.

I don't. A few like Ninetales and Volcarona have gotten there just by spamming Heat Wave in Le Wow training up my boxes and boxes of EV trained Pokemon, but otherwise there's no real reason to go to 100, especially seeing as my EV's have been distributed for level 50 unless I'm feeling too lazy to run calcs

L:100 is not an achievement anymore. X/Y makes it so easy that you can almost do it without intending to do so. As for the old fashioned way, I have only raised two teams I had to L:100, and the second was because HG/SS made it worthwhile to continue leveling.
