>>20932956Actually I don't know if there's a base game that just adds that; I don't play hacks that often, the one that I did play that had the 251 minisprites was a hack called XY: Naturia, and it also replaces most Pokémon with Unova/Kalos Pokémon so the sprites don't match up (I evolved Eevee into Sylveon and then it was a Mantine in the Pokémon menu screen, for example).
I'll go dig through some hack sites to see if some other hacks use them.
