It's two characters, not one. The dog is named Hunt so it's Duck & Hunt, not Duck Hunt.

Whole roster got leaked a while ago and got reconfirmed today because early copies got out in Japan. Duck Hunt Dog is a playable character. ROB is back too.

Because it feeds into the terrible cycle of locked content "bonuses" forcing people to commit to a game before anybody knows if it's actually decent. It's not a big deal with a game like Smash Bros. that we know will be good, but overall the entire concept of preordering is good for nobody except developers who can use to sell games based only on advertising, not actual quality. There may have been a benefit for gamers before digital distribution, but now there's no actual scarcity anyway. If it's sold out, just download it.

I got a used copy of Pokemon Y for $30 (including shipping) back when it was $35-40 for a new copy, go on just about any store site now (Walmart, Target, Bestbuy etc.) and they are $30-35.

Pokemon X and Y are good examples of this, it had the Lumious city glitch and Pokemon bank took months to finally get released (it was still unstable for about a month even after that).
