Give it choice specs, it's nearly a perfect user because it outruns almost everything that's not scarfed and has Switcheroo to cripple special walls. Draco Meteor, Hurricane, Flamethrower/Focus Blast/U-turn, Switcheroo, give it a whirl. It's a very tactical sort of poke that needs some careful use to be effective, but when it works it really can do some major damage.
