It was Torterra. He was better than Sceptile, but quadruple weakness to ice (he was part ground) and crappy speed meant he couldn't excel.

Emboar being part fighting was unnecessary, Samurott had terrible stat distribution, and Servine.... well, at least he learns coil? I've never seen anyone effectively use him, honestly. I don't even know what he's supposed to do.
>6th gen - greninja pretty good, others not soGreninja is stupidly good, and Delphox is garbage. I think if all of them had crappy abilities like Delphox, Chestnaught would be the strongest though. Still not OU as long as Talonflame is running around, but better than the other two.
