That's no EVs, that's base stat boosts.

Also, damn near fucking nobody runs specially defensive groudon. It's Attack and Speed, or HP and attack, or HP and defense. There's oodles of better special walls or special tanks

Harsh Sunlight (by product of PGroudon's ability) blocks water attacks. MGyarados is usually running EQ or Ice Fang (of which it will be), but PGroudon is surely to be extremely physically bulky.

As of now, Primal Kyogre in some situations, Mega Gengar, other Primal Groudon and apparently Landorus.

I'd bet on Special Ground Arceus being able to 2hko with its own Judgement as well.
