How can I run Arcanine in doubles effectively?

I use it as a lead for dat dere intimidate debuff and just try to cause as much damage as possible.

Get a Charizard-Y or Ninetales with beat up.

Use it on Arcanine with Justified.

Now you've got extremespeed with 2 sword dances with only a little bit of damage done.

Intimidate is godly in doubles and you can Flare Blitz/Close Combat the #1 Defiant user: Bisharp. You can opt for a special/support set with Heat Wave, WoW, and Helping Hand too. Flash Fire is nice for absorbing enemy Heat Waves/Lava Plumes/switching into WoW

Arcanine is pretty cool. You just suck OP.

Here's a gimmick for you, if you like those: Bring in a Contrary Spinda with Skill Swap and an Intimidate Arcanine. Use SS first thing, and you've got yourself a Contrary Arcanine and two Intimidates on the other team. Then you can SS the Intimidate to the other team, and Contrary will boost Arcanine's attack even further. Give the Spinda a Mental Herb, lest the strategy fall to a Taunt.
