>>20953268actually on random they seem to go with a more balanced spread, while generally putting more evs in speed. that's what seems to be the case anyway, at least on the ones with a dead even bst in each stat like glalie or mew, they have almost completely even stats, like 200-201 for the 600 bst pokemon. but usually it seems they favor speed above all else with the random stat spreads, meaning you can't rely on a pokemon being slower than you just because the highest speed they could have at that moment is only one higher than your current speed...learned that the hard way.
