I honestly don't believe that they took it out.
We haven't really had an official confirmation that XY had customization pretty late as well.

But I don't really care if they took it out either. It's a nice feature but I can definately live without it again.

customization, if included, will most likely be limited to contests. this isn't kalos, a region known for (based on france) fashion; this is a RS remake and customization isn't a priority here.

maybe in gen 7.. or gen 6 remakes
