This move is to stop protect spam teams and to help break walls like Ferrothorn with physical attackers. I tshould only be given to pokemon with low base SpA.

The user links his & the targets mind as one. Whatever happens to the user also happens to the target & visa versa. If the user is hit by an attack both the user & target will take the same damage. If the target boosts a stat, the user's stat will also boost. It doesn't have any affect on fainting however, so if the target has lower HP and it faints, it just breaks the mind meld. The mind meld will also break if the user faints.

For rare cases, rare bonuses. Cresselia and Lugia, for instance, would surely do wonders with it. I don't think it would be Psychic-Type restricted anyway, as I can imagine a Dark-type scaring the shit out of someone using their minds. Dragon Tail can be learned by non-Dragons anyway, such as Mew, Tyranitar, Blastoise, and so on.
