>>20948481Not really. Regular Mario got some insane buffs that Doc doesn't have. His F-Air is a super hard spike, and his other aerials are much better than they were previously as well.
Doc also has a better Final Smash (his pill storm pushes characters more than it damages them, so he's more likely to get a KO from it) and he also has different properties for other attacks, like his N-Air, which is much weaker.
They're pretty well balanced from what I can tell.
