you dont even need the d pad. bike all the way to the left of the path by the cave, press up to push up under the sign, and then you'll be good to go. you bike right through the town without touching anything.

I use the D-Pad because the joystick can slip very very slightly up and you'll nudge shit. The D-pad doesn't risk movement unless you have gorilla hands

I actually think I just encountered a glitch, since we're talking about the breeding area. this just happened

>have two dedennes breeding
>go in and switch them for a poliwag and marill
>leave the house, the guy is facing away from fence already
>gives me an egg
>bike around, gives me another egg
>first one hatches, its dedenne
>next one is poliwag

I'm sure I didn't mistake this situation, because I went into the house to switch the pokemon. and you can't switch if the guy has an egg already

he turns around only when you are far enough.
to the right, that point is right before the bridge.

I thought it was common practice to ride back and forth from "he is on screen" to "almost on the bridge", but turns out I was the only motherfucker to figure this shit out???

I usually run between the battle chateau sign and the last tile before the bridge. I usually get egg after turning back from the bridge, so going longer is just a waste of time. Going Zubat Roost/Route 5 is utterly useless as you probably just leave an egg sitting around for minutes.
