I was unsure myself OP, I had the standard edition pre-ordered from game for ages, decided to get it from the nintendo site instead, I think you can get both.

And as a side note, if you were unsure as to if the figurine came with the limited edition box, why not ASK THE FUCKING STORE CLERK, you know, the guy who's job it is to inform you of their wares, instead of us?
