Kyogre's been my favorite legendary since its inception, and its new primal form is gonna tear ass in ubers. I'm not jealous of Groudonfriends at all, matter of fact i'm happy that GF leveled the playing field a bit. Just because Groudon got the better ability doesn't mean Kyogre's been shafted entirely. We still don't know what the new signature moves do, the balance of power between the two is still up in the air.

AKSHUALLY, Primal Kyogre will likely be weaker than specs kyogre, and since primordial sea ends the instant Kyogre switches out of battle you can't use primal kyogre to support swift swimmers and other water types. But since regular Kyogre can't set his weather up unless you kill Groudon you pretty much have to use primal kyogre.

Genesect gets flamethrower, ice beam, and thunderbolt. RoT has such a huge drawback that it's simply unusable.

I said weaker OR worse. PRecipice blade could have 150bp but it's all for not if it has debilitating effects.
