Probably only if it got slack off too. Without Sand Force Regular LO Chomp is much stronger so it needs to take advantage of the newfound bulk.

m-garchomp does have the mixed thing, and with intimidate its defense would rise. probably more of a bulky slow mixed sweeper or something.
