There's nothing wrong with running partial stall. To say there is would be to say that ever running a defensive set on anything is bad and that's just stupid.
Running full stall is utter faggotry. There are only two reasons to play a full stall team: you either think you're a lelsoebic troll who spontaneously ejaculates whenever he wins by forfeit, or you're a colossal fucking tryhard playing the most retard-proof style in the game so that you still get your precious W even if you fuck up or get haxed a bit.
Swagplay is extremely annoying, but it can usually (not reliably, but that's the nature of luck-based strategies) be dealt with unless you're running ultra-ultra-HO, in which case you're kinda fucked.
Paraflinch isn't a problem. It's shut down by so much stuff that's already very common that if you can't deal with it you really ought to consider gitting gud.
