Just remove slow start.

In the age of Kyurem-W and Kyurem-B and mega Mewtwo he really isn't that big an issue anymore.

At worst he'll be put into ubers.

Turn 1 - Attack&Speed is at -3

Every turn, Regigigas' Attack & Speed are raised one stage.

Still resets on switchout, still no Protect/Recovery.

Would this be a fair buff that doesn't exclude it to Ubers? It's bulky so could easily last the 4 turns to start getting boosted.

How about Slow Start ending with a +1 to all stats except evasion? And starting with the opposite instead of halved attack and speed..?

Why doesn't everyone just point out the obvious fix? Instead of having to wait until turn five to get his stats back, how about the stats are gradually restored each turn? 20% boost to speed every turn until it caps up at 100% full optimum stat maymay rekage? That way he still has a cap for his OP stats, he isn't shit tier for five turns, and finally, the only thing that is being retconned is a realistic shift in the mechanics of his ability.
