I'm actually impressed by how faithful SSB4 is to the Pokémon games.

>Charizard's and Lucario's Mega Evolution animations are straight out of X/Y
>The new stages are more faithful to the games than past stages ever were, including Spear Pillar
>Calem and Serena trophy and hats for Pikachu/Jigglypuff
>Mewtwo trophy describes it as a vicious Blood Knight instead of being vague or giving it Femtwo's personality, and adds some elements similar to Movie 1 Mewtwo (one of the few outright awesome things from the anime)

Seriously, the only truly unlikable "stupid kiddy ashnime" thing that made it in this time around is Greninja's "ninja Jar Jar" English voice (and I know that lots of people like it anyway, plus it's more TPCi's fault than Sakurai's).

I was actually afraid that the game would veer more in the direction of the anime, like they started to do in Melee.
