Give it some good fucking moves already. The stats can work just fine, so long as the movepool isn't unforgivable.

Then also give it a mega with boosts to speed. Seriously, it's an electric lion, it should be better than this.

Luxray gets two Dark moves by level up - Bite and Crunch.

Arcanine, Flygon, Glalie, and Torterra, among others, also get these. Should they be Dark?

The other Dark moves it gets are Thief (which everyone gets) and Snarl, which Pokemon like Stoutland, Manectric, and Granbull get.

There is no reason to make it Dark-type.

Usually priority moves will be on defensive/non offensive typings. ExtremeSpeed, Bullet Punch, Aqua Jet, just because it makes it less broken. Even Shadow Sneak to an extent.
The Electric-type is already great offensively so it might a bit too much.
