Victini hits harder with better coverage and the ability to pivot out of incoming checks with u-turn.
Mega Lopunny will beat it as a fast, supportive attacker since it has better coverage and (probably) a better speed stat, with a wider support movepool too.
Lucario is a better SD sweeper because it has strong priority and it hits about as hard as a 165 base attack Gallade with LO. Its STAB combo also makes it harder to wall.
A lot of new megas (altaria and sharpedo are looking like strong UU candidates) are coming to give Gallade even more competition than it would face even if it were introduced alone. Most of these are educated guesses, but unless GF comes completely out of left field and makes Gallade's stats way more optimized than Garde's
won't happen, I don't see it climbing out of RU this gen.
