I did have to buy 16 gig card for my Japanese 3DS because the Smash demo ate up all the extra space I had for Ruby.

I've been trying it out on Battlespot and it's really not working as well as I'd hoped. Once people see the Skill Swap they always double target Slaking, which usually means he goes down on turn two.
