I prefer Team Aqua over Team Magma and I also prefer Groudon to Kyogre.

Is getting Omega Ruby the smarter choice, since I'll be battling Team Aqua?

in hgss we got both ho-oh and lugia.. why wouldnt we get both kyogre and groudon in oras?

we can get kyogre and groudon in hgss as well now that i think about it . will trading orbs be possible for getting the other legend do you think?

Because these are remakes of Ruby and Sapphire, where you only caught one or the other + Rayquaza in each game. Johto didn't have a legendary trio so it was different for some reason (also the whole link cable thing, they were being nice to us).
