iirc, i think technician wouldn't boost knock off if it was at 60 bp, and the opponent had an item
technician doesn't boost moves of they double in power over 60 bp, like say avalanche or payback
now spamming technician-boosted knock offs after already knocking off the opponent's item, that's a new level of hell

250 base hp, and eviolite is actually huge when you factor in EVs and a plus defense nature. Hell Blissey only has 35 defence.

Recently I was discussing the pros and cons of physical and special attackers. Things like common attacking types, burn cutting attack but not spatk, the distribution of boosting moves etc.

One of the cons to special attacking was "blissey/chansey exist"
