Luchy turns around and scratches his head, "Hawlu?" he caws out of confusion. Last he checked, Flash isn't anywhere in his moveset and he's not able to learn it either, the command comes off as a total misfire. Luchy does nothing, and forfeits the turn as a result.

You're not sure what was going through your head when you told him to use that move.
