Charizard, Beedrill, Nidoking, Gyarados, Vaporeon, Aerodactyl. This is my planned team for Fire red, I would like some advice about movesets, I am also replacing all except my starter with gen 2 pokemon for Sevvii Islands and E4 rematch, so far I have decided on Togetic, Honchcrow, and Heracross, I would like 2 more gen 2 pokemon suggested and movesets for my gen 2 team.

Nidoking: Megahorn, Brick Break, Earthquake, Trash/Sludge Bomb/Shadow Ball

Gyarados: Dragon Dance, Return, Earthquake, Taunt/anything since it gets no physical STAB

Vaporeon: Surf, Ice Beam (good luck with the casino goyim), Acid Armor, Rest

Aerodactyl: Aerial Ace, Rock Slide/Ancient Power, Earthquake, Double Edge

This is the best you could get before the postgame, Beedril is shitty as hell, good ingame pokes for FRLG are: Venusaur, Snorlax, Starmie, Nidoking, Dodrio, Golem and Lapras

Firered is classic. It may be easy as hell but I don't know why everyone's hating on it so hard.
I just demolished the E4 with Venusaur, Articuno, Moltres, Gyarados, Mr.Mime, and Raichu. I didn't lose any Pokemon and it was the easiest league championship I've ever done. Most battles didn't even leave me with health lost.

If you actually want a challenge and a newfound appreciation for the game, do a nuzlocke for it. I just started one on FR: Omega and its definitely a new experience/challenge.

You need to seriously reconsider your life.

Anyway, OP, two things. First of all, Honchkrow isn't available until Gen IV. Second, Beedrill is shit. I mean, if you were doing a mono-Bug run, it'd be fine, but you aren't. Instead, go here:
