72 sp. Atk evs and naughty nature, should 2hko any big steel type so that you only need to weaken them. That being said setting up a belly drum is a tough son of a bitch and even if you manage priority the meta will bring you down.

Because Azumarill exists. Also tiers don't literally determine how much a pokémon is strong, they're based on usage, yes, of course OU will have the strongest not-banned pokèmon, but if you find something good in the lower tiers that you know how to use and makes you win you shouldn't be afraid of using it.

So he gets walled by the bulkiest walls but I'm surprised by Keldeo. Wow, no shit. I think the same argument could be done with many sweepers. My adamant Garchomp at +2 was in the 2HKO range with a Mega Venusaur. That doesn't make Cloyster's sweeping abilities any less impressive.
