Are there any "canon" things you'd rather not believe? Like Excadrill being just two feet tall according to the Pokedex, etc.

I don't like how the Pokedex has numerous entries stating that Garchomp can fly. It is a landshark, it lives in caves, and it should not be able to fly.

-Things were they take an evil SOB like Dusknoir and try to make them sound not so bad.

-Equal likelihood male feminine design species ex; Gardevoir or the reverse like Alakazam

Also consider:Lugia's tower "mysteriously burned down" while Ho-oh's tower is still fine. Suspicion: Ho-oh did it then Lugia ran away like a little bitch under the ocean where a Fire-type would never go. Then get a load of this. THE DEX SAYS Lugia is there because he's just too powerful, hmm?

Pretty much everything involving height/weight I ignore.

The pokemon that are supposed to be naturally poisonous, like Ghastly or Muk, I assume have the ability to "turn off" their poison. I blame the anime for that.

It's a reaper pokemon. Dusknoir doesn't do anything inherently malicious, guiding souls to the afterlife is just it's job.

You people need to realize that this is your head canon. Yes, like humans, pokemon sizes probably vary. But they are marginal except in extreme cases (usually about 5' - 6.5') But when you have something like

You're deluding yourself if you think that it's going to be above 4 feet tall. You're deluding yourself with head canon if you think that the Pokedex just "happens" to record the smallest size possible for every single pokemon you don't think should be that way.

Pokemon are smaller than expected, get over it.

Too many things for me to even list here. It's easier for me to say what I DO believe in, which is what pokemon exist, and the 18 types. The only exception I make on that is that I like to think Mega Kangaskhan is actually the middle stage of a 3 stage line. I will also note that while I do believe in the 18 types by themselves, I do not agree with their alignments, and in some cases how they were assigned to pokemon.
