should put more points into defense and less into attack; kecleon's movepool is mostly utility iirc, and having a defensive protean user would be a neat counterpart to greninja

Works well as a bulky attacker with PuP/Shadow sneak/coverage/Recover or even as a staller thanks to its good defense and amazing spdef.
